Shipment

Your order will be shipped from Zurich. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation from us that the goods have been sent to the Swiss Post.

Cost

Shipping is free from 100 CHF

Length of time

Orders placed before 2pm leave our warehouse the same day. Shipping within Switzerland takes 2 working days.

refund policy

If you do not like the ordered goods or if there are quality defects, you can return them in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

Cost

The buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Please note the following:

• Returns may only be processed via our returns center https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com .
• If you return an item without prior notification, we cannot refund the full purchase price.
• We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories.
• The original packaging must not be damaged.
• Please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily assign your return to the order you placed.

• Processing the return can take up to 14 days.
