Does MRSÉY also sell products in retail stores?

Not yet. However, we would like to introduce this in the distant future and are already making the final arrangements. If you would like to be notified as soon as we have introduced it, you can sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram @mrseycom .

How long can I adjust my order?

In order to guarantee you express delivery, we process the order immediately after the order confirmation. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to make any permanent adjustments to the order after you have purchased your products.

Where is MRSÉY based?

MRSÉY was founded in the charming cosmopolitan city of Zurich, in the middle of Switzerland, and now remains based there.

How can I file a complaint?

If you have any complaints or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us . We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible and thank you in advance for your constructive feedback.

Which smartphones are compatible with the MRSÉY case?

Our cases fit all newer iPhone models. Certain colors are not available for all models.

Are the leather straps and carrying chains adjustable?

The leather straps are adjustable between 110 and 130cm with an elegant buckle.

For aesthetic reasons, we only produce the carrying chains in a very proven one-size.

What material are the covers made of?

Our cases, as well as the other leather accessories, are made of 100% vegan PU leather. The silver and gold-plated buckles, carabiners, eyelets and carrying chains are made of metal.

How can I clean the case?

The vegan leather is water and dirt resistant and therefore very easy to clean. If the case does get dirty, you can simply wipe it with a damp cloth.

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping worldwide for orders over 100 CHF.

Which countries does MRSÉY deliver to

We offer the entire MRSÉY range in all countries.

Can I return the case if I'm not satisfied?

If you do not like the MRSÉY products or if there are quality defects, you can return them in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

First register your returns online at: https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com . Then send the products back to our warehouse in their original packaging and at your own expense. As soon as we have received the product, we can refund you the costs, but please note the following:

  • Returns may only be processed via our returns center https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com .
  • If you return an item without prior notification, we cannot refund the full purchase price.
  • We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • The original packaging must not be damaged.
  • Please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily assign your return to the order you placed.
  • Processing the return can take up to 14 days.

How can I pay for the products?

You can purchase the case on account or pay with Visa / Paypal / Amex / Klarna / MasterCard / Twist or PostFinance.

Is it also possible to order the covers on account?

Yes, you simply need to provide your billing address during the checkout process.

I haven't received my refund yet. How long will it take?

Once you have sent your returns correctly to our returns center, we can refund the purchase price after receiving the goods. However, if you still haven't heard from us after seven days, please contact us here with your order number and your request.

What does the 2-year warranty on products cover?

After purchasing your MRSÉY products, we guarantee you a free exchange of your products for two years if the product has a quality defect.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The two-year guarantee on all MRSÉY products includes a free replacement in the event of a quality defect on our part. However, if the product has been damaged due to normal wear and tear, self-damage or aging, the guarantee is void. The statutory guarantee on our products is also void if the care instructions are not followed, if the product is lost, stolen or due to fire.

Is there a possibility for cooperation?

Yes, of course we welcome any interest in working together.

However, in order to enter into a mutually successful collaboration, we require that you have more than 3,000 users following you who have a high interaction and engagement rate on your channels. If you meet this requirement, you are welcome to send us an email or leave us a message on Instagram.

What information should the cooperation request contain?

When you make your inquiry, we would be happy if you would provide us with the following information straight away:

  • general information about you and your Instagram account
  • What motivates you to promote MRSÉY
  • In what form you could imagine this
  • Whatever brands you have already advertised
  • Which iPhone model you have, what color you want it in and where we can deliver it

We will then be happy to look at your request and use tools to verify your account. As soon as your request has been proven to be successful, we will be happy to get back in touch with you if we are interested in working with you.
