Shipping
Your order will be shipped from Zurich. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation from us that the goods have been sent to the Swiss Post.
Costs
Shipping is free of charge for orders over CHF 100
Duration
Orders placed by 14 o'clock leave our warehouse the same day. Shipping within Switzerland takes 2 working days.
Right of return
Ordered goods can be returned in original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery if they are not liked or if there are quality defects.
Costs
The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer himself.

Please note the following:
- Returns may only be processed via our returns center https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com.
- In case of return without prior notification, we cannot refund the full purchase price.
- We only accept unused products in original packaging with complete accessories.
- The original packaging must not be damaged.
- Please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily match your return to the order you placed.
