Does MRSÉY also sell products in retail stores?

Not yet. However, we would like to introduce this in the distant future and are already making the final clarifications. If you would like to be notified as soon as we have introduced it, you are welcome to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram @mrseycom .

How long can I still customize my order?

In order to guarantee express delivery, we process your order immediately after order confirmation. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to make any lasting changes to your order after you have purchased your products.

Where is MRSÉY stationed?

MRSÉY was founded in the charming cosmopolitan city of Zurich, in the middle of Switzerland, and is now based there.

How can I lodge a complaint?

If you have any complaints or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us here . We will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible and thank you in advance for your constructive feedback.

Which smartphones does the MRSÉY case fit?

Our cases fit all newer iPhone models. Some colors are not available for all models.

Are the leather straps and carrying chains adjustable?

The leather straps are adjustable between 110 and 130cm with an elegant buckle. 

For aesthetic reasons, we produce the carrying chains only in a very proven OneSize size. 

What material are the shells made of?

Our sleeves, as well as the other leather accessories, are made from 100% vegan PU leather. The silver and gold-plated buckles, carabiners, eyelets and carrying chains are made of metal.

How can I clean the cover?

The vegan leather is water and dirt resistant and therefore very easy to care for. If the cover does get dirty, you can simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping worldwide from an order value of CHF 100.

To which countries does MRSÉY

We offer the whole assortment of MRSÉY in all countries.

If I'm not satisfied, can I send the envelope back?

Ordered MRSÉY products can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery if they are unsatisfactory or have quality defects.

What should I do if I have received a damaged item?

First register your returns online at: https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com. Then send the products back to us in their original packaging and at your own expense. As soon as we have received the product, we can refund you the costs, but please note the following:

  • Returns may only be processed via our returns center https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com.
  • We cannot refund the full purchase price if the goods are returned without prior notification.
  • We only accept unused products in original packaging with complete accessories.
  • The original packaging must not be damaged.
  • Please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily match your return to the order you placed. 
  • the processing of the return can take up to 14 days.

Payment

How can I pay for the products?

You can buy the cover on account, or pay for it with Visa / Paypal / Amex / Klarna / MasterCard / Twist or PostFinance.

Is it also possible to order the envelopes on account?

Yes, you simply need to enter your billing address during the checkout process.

I have not yet received my refund. How long will it take?

Once you have sent your returns correctly to our Returns Center, we can refund the purchase price once we have received the goods. However, if you still haven't heard from us after seven days, please contact us here with your order number and your request.

Guarantee

What does the 2-year product warranty cover?

After the purchase of your MRSÉY products, we guarantee you a free exchange of your products for two years if the product has a quality defect.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The two-year guarantee on all MRSÉY products includes a free replacement in the event of a quality defect on our part. However, if the product has been damaged due to normal wear and tear, self-damage or ageing, the warranty is void. The legal guarantee of our products is also void in the event of non-compliance with the care instructions, loss, theft or fire.

Cooperation & Influencers

Is there a possibility for cooperation?

Yes, of course we are pleased about any interest in a cooperation.

However, in order to enter into a mutually successful collaboration, we require that you have more than 3000 users following you who have a high interaction and engagement rate on your channels. If you meet this requirement, you are welcome to send us an email or leave us a message on Instagram.

What kind of information should the cooperation request contain?

In your inquiry we are glad if you give us the following information right away: 

  • General information about yourself and your Instagram account
  • What motivates you to advertise for MRSÉY
  • In what form you could imagine this
  • Whichever brands you have already advertised for
  • Which iPhone model you have, in which color you want it and where we can deliver it to

We will then take a look at your request and use tools to check your account. As soon as your request has been established as successful, we will be happy to contact you again if we are interested in working together.
